January 14 We tour the community of Promenade at Riverwalk. These are luxury condominimum townhomes right on the Manatee River in Bradenton. Patten Sales and Marketing is offering these homes at liquidation prices. We will also have more on the new multi-million dollar project to enhance the Riverwalk area.
Coming in February It's the annual Parade of Homes in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We tour the newest model homes from some of the area's most well respected builders.
